About the Job :
The Legal Arch is inviting applications for the position of Legal Associate. The firm is looking to hire two candidates, with a preference for those interested in or having experience with real estate laws and RERA matters.
Eligibility :
(i) Candidates with 0–2 years of experience may apply.
(ii) Candidates residing in Noida will be preferred.
(iii) Candidates with an interest in or exposure to real estate laws and RERA matters are encouraged to apply.
(iv) Applicants should possess strong drafting, research, and analytical skills.
Responsibility :
(i) Drafting and vetting legal documents, agreements, pleadings, and notices.
(ii) Handling litigation matters before courts, tribunals, and other judicial forums.
(iii) Assisting in real estate disputes and RERA-related matters.
(iv) Conducting legal research and assisting in case preparation and litigation strategy.
