About the Job :
SVS Attorneys, a litigation-based law firm with offices in New Delhi, Bhopal, and Jabalpur, is inviting applications for Associate and Senior Associate positions at its New Delhi office. The roles involve litigation, dispute resolution, and legal consultancy across civil, criminal, writ, and other domains. Candidates must meet the required PQE, possess strong research and drafting skills (including legal Hindi), and be willing to work offline in Delhi. Eligibility :
(i) LL.B./LL.M. from a recognized Indian university
(ii) Preferably candidates with prior internship experience in litigation
(iii) Proficiency in legal documentation and research
(iv) Strong legal research and drafting skills
(v) Strong understanding of procedural and substantive law
Responsibility :
(i) Appear before courts and assist in day-to-day court proceedings
(ii) Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, and written submissions
(iii) Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis
(iv) Brief and assist seniors in hearings and trials
(v) Manage case files, documentation, and court filings
(vi) Liaise with clients, court staff, and other advocates
