About the Job :
Steer World is inviting applications for the position of Legal Associate. The role involves handling corporate legal work, including contracts, compliance, and advisory functions.
Eligibility :
(i) 1–2 years of relevant experience
(ii) Strong legal research and analytical skills
(iii) Experience in contract management
(iv) Knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management
(v) Understanding of corporate governance practices
(vi) Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Responsibility :
(i) Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and legal agreements
(ii) Providing legal advice on corporate and commercial matters
(iii) Conducting legal research and analysis
(iv) Supporting regulatory compliance and corporate governance
(v) Managing legal documentation and records
(vi) Collaborating with internal teams to ensure legal compliance
