About the Job :
SKM Legal Associates has opened up applications for the position of associates and legal interns to join them at their office in Delhi.
Eligibility :
(i) Candidate should have the ability to prepare a brief and have strong drafting skills.
(ii) LL.B. Degree from a Recognised University
(iii) Strong legal research and drafting skills
(iv) 0ā2 years of court practice experience for the position of an associate.
(v) Candidates with a keen interest in litigation, strong research and drafting skills, and willing to actively assist in court matters.
Responsibility :
(i) Assisting in the drafting and filing of pleadings, applications, and other legal documents.
(ii) Conducting legal research and preparing case briefs.
(iii) Attending court proceedings and assisting in case preparation.
