About the Job :
Sammaan Capital Limited (formerly Indiabulls Housing Finance Limited) is looking to hire a legal professional for its Corporate & Commercial Legal team.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Experience in Corporate & Commercial sector preferred.
(iii) Experience of 4–6 Years PQE
Responsibility :
(i) Conduct in-depth legal research on statutes, case laws, and regulations
(ii) Analyze legal issues and provide strategic recommendations to senior management
(iii) Draft, review, and vet legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and policies
(iv) Assist in litigation management, including preparing briefs and case summaries
(v) Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
(vi) Coordinate with external counsel and stakeholders when required
