About the Job :
Panda Law is hiring an Associate for its General Corporate / GC Advisory practice in Bangalore. The role involves working closely with clients on a wide range of corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Ability to conduct market surveys, field investigations, and gather evidence
(iii) Strong drafting and communication skills
(iv) 2–3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
(v) Experience in general corporate / commercial law (law firm or in-house)
(vi) Exposure to data protection/privacy and labour & employment laws preferred
Responsibility :
(i) Provide end-to-end legal support on corporate and commercial matters
(ii) Draft, review, and negotiate agreements (vendor, service, partnership, technology contracts)
(iii) Advise on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory issues
(iv) Assist clients on data protection and privacy laws
(v) Handle labour and employment-related legal matters
(vi) Coordinate with stakeholders on ongoing mandates
