About the Job :
Legalmage LLP is looking for an associate/ advocate to work with them at their office in Delhi.
Eligibility :
(i) LL.B. degree from a recognized university
(ii) Enrolled with any State Bar Council
(iii) Basic to working knowledge of Cyber Law and Criminal Law
(iv) Sound understanding of legal procedures and court processes
(v) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
(vi) Strong interest in learning practical court practice and litigation work
Responsibility :
(i) Handling and assisting in cybercrime-related matters
(ii) Liaising with Cyber Cells and other relevant authorities across India
(iii) Traveling for filing, pursuing, and resolving legal matters
(iv) Assisting in drafting, filings, legal research, and court appearances
(v) Coordinating legal proceedings in Delhi as well as outside Delhi
(vi) Supporting senior advocates in litigation and legal strategy
