About the Job :
HMIL is hiring legal professionals (2 positions) for its Gurugram office, offering exposure to corporate legal work in the manufacturing sector.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) 3 to 5 years of mixed experience in Court practice/law firm & industry experience.
(iii) Strong drafting and communication skills
(iv) Good in drafting & reviewing agreements, pleadings, documents, etc.
(v) Prior understanding of applicable laws on manufacturing Industry will be a preference.
(vi) Good communications, research and presentation skills
Responsibility :
(i) Provide end-to-end legal support on corporate and commercial matters
(ii) Drafting, vetting, and negotiating MSAs, NDAs, vendor, customer, and employment contracts
(iii) Advise on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory issues
(iv) Handling litigation and arbitration matters
(v) Appearing before courts and tribunals
(vi) Managing dashboards relating to contracts, litigation, and compliance
