About the Job :
Ethikore Legal is inviting applications for the position of Associate. The role primarily involves litigation work across various courts and tribunals, with a focus on insolvency and commercial disputes.
Eligibility :
(i) 0–2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
(ii) Prior experience and/or appearances before NCLT, NCLAT, High Courts, DRT, and District Courts
(iii) Strong drafting skills including pleadings, applications, replies, and written submissions
(iv) Familiarity with filing procedures across courts and tribunals
(v) Ability to handle matters with reasonable independence under supervision
(vi) Sound understanding of corporate laws, arbitration, and insolvency framework
Responsibility :
(i) Assisting in the drafting and filing of pleadings, applications, and other legal documents.
(ii) Conducting legal research and preparing case briefs.
(iii) Attending court proceedings and assisting in case preparation.
(iv) Supporting regulatory compliance and corporate governance
(v) Managing legal documentation and records
(vi) Collaborating with internal teams to ensure legal compliance
