About the Job :
eMinds Legal is expanding its team and is inviting applications for the following positions:
Lawyer (Litigation Team): 0–2 years of experience
2 Interns for the Legal Team
Eligibility :
(i) LL.B./LL.M. from a recognized Indian university
(ii) Lawyer with 0–2 years of experience for the Litigation Team
(iii) Proficiency in legal documentation and research
(iv) Strong legal research and drafting skills
(v) Strong understanding of procedural and substantive law
Responsibility :
(i) Appear before courts and assist in day-to-day court proceedings
(ii) Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, and written submissions
(iii) Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis
(iv) Brief and assist seniors in hearings and trials
(v) Manage case files, documentation, and court filings
(vi) Liaise with clients, court staff, and other advocates
