About the Job :
DSA Legal is looking for motivated and commercially driven lawyers to join their commercial litigation team.
Eligibility :
(i) LL.B with 3–4 years PQE
(ii) Candidate should have the ability to prepare a brief and have strong drafting skills.
(iii) Strong drafting skills and experience with commercial agreements
(iv) Excellent written and spoken English
(v) Excellent command over spoken and written English
Responsibility :
â–şConduct legal research and assist in developing litigation and arbitration strategies across commercial disputes.
â–şDraft pleadings, applications, legal notices, briefs, and other case-related documentation.
â–şAssist senior counsel in representing clients before courts, tribunals, and arbitral forums.
â–şCoordinate with clients, counsel, and internal teams to ensure timely execution of filings, hearings, and deliverables.
â–şTrack ongoing matters, maintain case records, and support effective case management.
►Stay updated on legal developments and contribute to the team’s knowledge and research initiatives.
