About the Job :
Bridgehead Law Partners is looking for a motivated and committed legal professional with 0–2 years of experience to join their growing litigation practice. The role would be ideal for a detail-oriented lawyer keen to build a strong litigation practice and gain hands-on exposure to a wide range of commercial dispute matters.
Eligibility :
(i) 0–2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
(ii) Strong analytical and research skills
(iii) Strong English communication and writing skills
(iv) Prior exposure to financing transactions and commercial contracts is preferred.
(v) Experience in corporate and commercial legal matters.
Responsibility :
(i) Advise on corporate lending, project finance, and general corporate legal matters.
(ii) Draft, review, and negotiate documentation relating to lending and financing transactions.
(iii) Assist business teams in transaction structuring and execution.
(iv) Provide legal support to internal stakeholders, including business and credit teams.
(v) Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, including NDAs, SaaS agreements, service agreements, and other business contracts.
(vi) Support risk mitigation and regulatory compliance initiatives.
