About the Job :
BillCut is inviting applications for a Legal Associate Intern to join its core legal team, offering exposure to fintech, banking, corporate law, compliance, contracts, and customer grievance redressal.
Eligibility :
(i) Penultimate-year or final-year law student.
(ii) Interest in Fintech, Banking, or Corporate Law.
(iii) Proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
(iv) Good communication skills.
Responsibility :
(i) Draft and vet partner contracts.
(ii) Conduct compliance checks relating to RBI, DPDP Act, IT Act, and TRAI.
(iii) Work on refining customer grievance redressal.
(iv) Conduct research on banking and related laws.
