About the Job :
AKS Partners is hiring Research Associates for its Arbitration & Disputes practice, offering exposure to complex domestic and international matters.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good command of English (written and verbal).
(iii) Hands-on experience in corporate legal functions
(iv) Candidates with up to one year of experience may apply
(v) Excellent legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
(vi) Market-aligned pay with strong long-term potential
Responsibility :
(i) Appear before courts and assist in day-to-day court proceedings
(ii) Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, and written submissions
(iii) Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis
(iv) Brief and assist seniors in hearings and trials
(v) Manage case files, documentation, and court filings
(vi) Liaise with clients, court staff, and other advocates
