About the Job :
We are inviting applications for 2 Associate positions from candidates having a minimum of 2 – 3 years of litigation experience before the Bombay High Court. Experience in Criminal, Civil, and Family Law matters). Please note that the Applicants from Mumbai should only apply for the said position Please also note that Applicants who doesn’t have any experience in the below mentioned field, please do not apply for the position.
Eligibility :
(i) Minimum 2 years of active litigation experience before the Bombay High Court
(ii) Candidate should have the ability to prepare a brief and have strong drafting skills.
(iii) Working knowledge of procedures before the Registry and the High Court
(iv) Excellent written and spoken English
(v) Strong drafting skills (petitions, applications, replies, notices, written statements, etc.)
(vi) Well-versed with High Court appearances, filings, and procedural compliances
Responsibility :
(i) Appear before courts and assist in day-to-day court proceedings
(ii) Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, and written submissions
(iii) Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis
(iv) Brief and assist seniors in hearings and trials
(v) Manage case files, documentation, and court filings
(vi) Liaise with clients, court staff, and other advocates
