About the Job :
The office of Adv. Chaitali Deshmukh is inviting applications for the position of Advocate with litigation experience.
Eligibility :
(i) LL.B./LL.M. from a recognized Indian university
(ii) 3–4 years of experience in litigation practice
(iii) Proficiency in legal documentation and research
(iv) Strong legal research and drafting skills
(v) Experience in civil and co-operative matters
Responsibility :
(i) Assisting in the drafting and filing of pleadings, applications, and other legal documents.
(ii) Conducting legal research and preparing case briefs.
(iii) Attending court proceedings and assisting in case preparation.
