About the Job :
Thukral Law Associates invites applications for the post of Junior Associate at their offices at Paschim Vihar, New Delhi.

Eligibility :
(i) LL.B./LL.M. from a recognized Indian university
(ii) Should be an Advocate enrolled with a State Bar Council/ Bar Council of India
(iii) Proficiency in legal documentation and research
(iv) Strong legal research and drafting skills
(v) Enrolled Freshers may also apply if they are confident that they can showcase the above skills

Responsibility :
(i) Appear before courts and assist in day-to-day court proceedings
(ii) Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, and written submissions
(iii) Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis
(iv) Brief and assist seniors in hearings and trials
(v) Manage case files, documentation, and court filings
(vi) Liaise with clients, court staff, and other advocates
