About the Job :
Corporate Professionals is looking for experienced and driven professional to join their Capital Markets division as a Manager. The role offers an opportunity to work on diverse assignments and gain hands-on exposure across corporate, securities and regulatory compliances in an industry- and sector-agnostic environment.

Eligibility :
(i) LLB/LLM graduates
(ii) Candidates who have cleared CS Professional and are based in or around Delhi/NCR will be preferred.
(iii) Candidates who have 6-8 years PQE in merchant banking activities.
(iv) Excellent research, analytical & communication skills

Responsibility :
πŸ”Ή Experience in Merchant Banking activities/work with a listed company
πŸ”Ή Experience of IPOs / Rights Issues / Buy Backs / Delisting / Preferential Allotments / AIF registrations, etc.
πŸ”Ή Practical experience of handling Listing Regulations queries
πŸ”Ή Good knowledge of Listing Regulations, ICDR Regulations
πŸ”Ή Liaison with regulatory authorities (SEBI and Stock Exchanges (BSE & NSE))
