Lakshmikumaran and Sridharan assisted Manufacturing Technology Inc.
Lakshmikumaran and Sridharan (LKS) represented & advised Manufacturing Technology Inc. (“MTI”), a leader in friction and resistance welding technologies based out of US, in its acquisition of Friction Welding Technologies Private Limited (“FWT”) located in Pune, India. This acquisition is a result of a successful multi-year partnership between the two companies which was formalized in 2017.
The LKS transaction team was led by Gaurav Dayal, Partner and included Ms. Swasti Ray, Ms. Shruti Jaju and Mr. Abhilash Vikram.
