The leading law firm in India, Khaitan & Co advised Triton Fund II on its minority investment in Scikiq Data Private Limited in its Series A funding round.
The Company is engaged in the business of licensing and commercialisation of its platform SCIKIQ, which provides no-code data analytics and artificial intelligence/machine learning solutions.
Khaitan & Co acted as legal counsel to Triton Fund II and assisted in undertaking legal due diligence on the Company, drafting, negotiating and finalising transaction documents, as well as providing execution, pre-closing and closing support in relation to the investment.
