Khaitan & Co advised Pi Labs on investment in VerbaFlo Limited
The India’s leading law firm, Khaitan & Co advised Pi Labs, an early-stage VC fund based in the UK, on the India law aspects of its investment in VerbaFlo Limited. Pi Labs led the funding round of VerbaFlo Limited, which also saw participation from Haatch, Navigate Ventures, Old College Capital (University of Edinburgh’s in-house venture investment fund), global family offices and existing investors.
VerbaFlo Limited is an AI communications platform transforming customer engagement for real estate businesses. Founded in October 2024, the company provides a platform enabling estate owners and operators to automate leasing, operations and resident engagement through conversational AI.
Khaitan & Co provided structuring advice and assisted in the negotiation of transaction documents.
The Khaitan & Co core team was led by Kartikeya Prakash (Partner), with support from Akshat Anant Agarwal (Senior Associate) and Vidhi Damani (Associate).
On tax and structuring aspects, the team included Rahul Jain (Partner) and Jinisha Jain (Senior Associate).
