The leading law firm in India, Khaitan & Co advised Becton Dickinson and Company, one of the largest global medical technology companies, in relation to the global spin-off of its biosciences and diagnostic solutions business, culminating in an ultimate sale to Waters Corporation. The transaction formed part of Becton Dickinson and Company’s global restructuring of its biosciences and diagnostic solutions business. The Firm acted as deal counsel to Becton Dickinson and Company for India.
