The leading law firm in India, Khaitan & Co advised Bain Capital Advisors (India) Private Limited in relation to the formation of a 50:50 joint venture between GSS India Opportunities AIF Scheme I and Brigade Enterprises Limited for the development and management of a 2 million square feet mixed-use project in Bengaluru.
The project will comprise Grade A office space and a five-star hotel, further strengthening the commercial real estate and hospitality landscape in Bengaluru. The transaction reflects continued investor confidence in India’s premium mixed-use infrastructure and office asset market.
The Firm assisted with the following aspects:
- (a) Conducting legal and title due diligence
- (b) Negotiation and finalization of the transaction documents
