About the Organisation
The Delhi Pollution Control Committee (DPCC) functions under the Department of Environment, Government of NCT of Delhi. It is responsible for implementing environmental laws and pollution control measures in the National Capital Territory of Delhi.

Educational Qualification
Assistant Law Officer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a recognised University/Institution.
Legal Assistant
- Degree in Law from a recognised University.
Eligibility
Assistant Law Officer
- Officers holding analogous posts on regular basis; or
- Five years’ regular service in Pay Level-6 (Rs. 35,400–1,12,400); and
- Four years’ experience as a legal practitioner, or four years’ experience in handling legal work in a Government Department, PSU, Autonomous Body or Statutory Body.
Legal Assistant
- Officers holding analogous posts on regular basis; or
- Three years’ regular service after appointment to the post in Pay Level-6 (Rs. 35,400–1,12,400) or equivalent.
Salary / Pay Scale
- Assistant Law Officer – Pay Level-7 (Rs. 44,900–1,42,400)
- Legal Assistant – Pay Level-6 (Rs. 35,400–1,12,400)
Duration of Engagement
The appointment shall be on deputation (including short-term contract) for one year, extendable up to three years.

- Interview/selection by the competent authority.
