  • Scrutiny of Eligibility Criteria/Documents
  • Online Examination, if conducted
  • Personal Interview

Candidates are required to upload documents in support of their relevant professional experience, mandatory certification, educational qualifications and other eligibility requirements, as applicable, at the time of registration.

Applications may be shortlisted or rejected solely on the basis of the documents uploaded in support of eligibility at the time of registration, and no further request for submission of documents at a later stage will be accommodated.

  • English Language: 25 marks
  • Professional Knowledge relevant to the post: 100 marks
  • Duration: Composite time of 100 minutes

The Professional Knowledge test will be available bilingually in English and Hindi. The English Language test will be of qualifying nature and marks obtained in it will not be added while preparing the merit list.

Minimum qualifying marks: 35% in each test for General/EWS candidates. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PWD categories filling vacancies reserved for the relevant category are entitled to a relaxation of 5% marks.

Negative Marking: One-fourth of the marks assigned to a question will be deducted for every wrong answer in the objective tests. There will be no penalty for questions left unanswered.

The maximum marks for the interview are 100.

  • General/EWS: Minimum 50%
  • SC/ST/OBC/PWD: Minimum 45% where vacancies are notified in the relevant reserved category

Candidates will ordinarily be called for interview in the ratio of 1:3 to the number of vacancies. The Bank may increase or decrease this ratio at its discretion.

The Bank may also conduct the selection process only through an interview without holding the online examination. In such a case, candidates will be shortlisted for direct interview based on their qualification, experience and overall suitability for the post.

Weightage in Final Merit

Where both the online examination and personal interview are conducted, the weightage will be:

  • Online Examination: 60%
  • Personal Interview: 40%

For the online examination component, marks obtained in the Professional Knowledge paper will be considered. A candidate must be found suitable in both the online examination and interview to be eligible for final selection.

If the online examination is not conducted, the final merit list will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained in the Personal Interview.
