Main Nature of Work
- Prosecution of trademark applications.
- Drafting notice of opposition, counter-statement, evidence in support of the opposition, evidence in support of an application, reply evidence.
- Legal notices.
- Reply to legal notices.
- Attending trademark opposition hearings.
- Attending IPAB hearings.
