About the Internship :
MKR Associates and Consultants is hiring 2 interns for an on-site internship programme in Bengaluru for the month of July. The internship offers practical exposure to litigation and consultancy work, including drafting, legal research, client consultations, and live case handling.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good research and drafting skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
(iii) Strong command over legal drafting and English
(iv) Strong written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities:
(i) Appear before courts and assist in day-to-day court proceedings
(ii) Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, and written submissions
(iii) Assist in document review and case preparation
(iv) Brief and assist seniors in hearings and trials
(v) Conduct legal research and case law analysis
(vi) Draft legal notices, petitions, and applications
Duration : 2 months
