About the Internship :
We are currently Hiring for the position of Intern [On-site] in our law firm, focusing on corporate compliances and taxation matters. This role is designed for candidates seeking structured, hands-on exposure to corporate legal and tax compliance practice within a professional environment.
Eligibility :
• Only Law students can apply (no prior experience required)
• Prior exposure to corporate law and/or taxation will be preferred
• Demonstrated proficiency in drafting and legal analysis
Responsibilities:
• Handling company law compliances under the Companies Act, 2013
• ROC filings, incorporations, and ongoing compliance management
• Assisting in GST and income tax related matters
• Legal drafting, documentation, and research
• Trademark related matter
Duration : 3 months
