About the Internship :
Applications are invited for internship with Adv Aditi Sahay at Patna High Court, Patna High Court. Selected interns will gain hands-on exposure to litigation practice and court procedures. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to develop practical legal skills and gain extensive knowledge and experience in the field of litigation.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good research and drafting skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
(iii) Drafting assistance for petitions, replies, applications, and legal opinions
(iv) Eagerness to learn in a litigation-focused environment
Responsibilities:
(i) Drafting board resolutions, minutes, and corporate documents
(ii) Handling real legal tasks with minimal supervision
(iii) Gain exposure to litigation strategy and court proceedings
(iv) Support client advisory and compliance-related work
(v) Supporting matters related to consumer disputes, recovery harassment, and financial disputes
(vi) Assisting in client interactions and advocacy strategy
(vii) Conducting legal research and case law analysis
