About the Internship :
Upscale Legal is looking to onboard Legal Interns to work closely with their team on corporate, compliance, and transactional matters.
Eligibility :
(i) Students currently enrolled in a 3-year or 5-year LL.B. program from a recognized university.
(ii) Strong drafting, analytical, and research skills
(iii) Good command of English (written and verbal).
(iv) Strong research, drafting, and communication skills.
(v) Exposure to corporate, compliance & contract work
Responsibilities:
(i) Assisting in drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
(ii) Conducting legal research on various topics relevant to family law, civil law, and criminal law.
(iii) Working closely with the legal team to provide support on legal matters and projects.
(iv) Staying up-to-date on legal developments and regulations that may impact the company.
(v) Collaborating with different departments to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
(vi) Participating in meetings and discussions to provide legal insights and recommendations.
(vii) Assisting in resolving legal issues and disputes in a timely and efficient manner.
Duration : Minimum 1 month
