About the Internship :
The Office of Ms. Shubhra Parashar, Senior Panel Counsel for the Union of India before the Delhi High Court, is inviting applications from law students for an internship opportunity. The office is seeking dedicated and motivated law students who can commit to a minimum period of 3–4 months. The internship is designed to provide practical experience in court-related work, legal drafting, and the preparation of pleadings and other legal documents.
Eligibility :
(i) Law students with a strong interest in corporate, commercial, compliance and litigation law
(ii) Good research, drafting and analytical skills
(iii) Good written and verbal communication skills
(iv) Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
(v) Applicants should have a keen interest in litigation.
Responsibilities:
(i) Appear before courts and assist in day-to-day court proceedings
(ii) Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, and written submissions
(iii) Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis
(iv) Brief and assist seniors in hearings and trials
(v) Manage case files, documentation, and court filings
(vi) Liaise with clients, court staff, and other advocates
Duration : Minimum 3–4 months
