About the Internship :
The program is designed to provide law students with hands-on exposure to both the courtroom and the boardroom. Interns will be integrated into active matters, assisting with the research and documentation that drive real-world legal solutions.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good research and drafting skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
(iii) Proficiency in MS Office and legal databases preferred
(iv) Good English Writing Skills and communication skills.
(v) Excellent research skills having sound knowledge of major legal search engines such as Manupatra, SCC, etc.
(vi) A keen interest to learn and a high level of commitment to completing assigned tasks.
Responsibilities:
(i) Conduct in-depth legal research on statutes, case laws, and regulations
(ii) Assisting in writ drafting and legal applications
(iii) Assist with drafting and court-related works
(iv) Legal Research & Case Analysis
(v) Support communication-related tasks as required
(vi) Attending Court hearings whenever required.
