About the Internship :
Step Into the World of Litigation & Courtroom Practice. The ProActive Legal invites applications from dedicated, enthusiastic, and career-oriented law students seeking meaningful exposure to litigation, legal research, drafting, and advocacy. This internship is designed for students who aspire to develop practical legal skills while working alongside experienced legal professionals in a dynamic litigation environment.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good command of English (written and verbal).
(iii) Familiarity with MS Office and Adobe Acrobat.
(iv) Strong research and analytical skills with a keen interest in litigation.
Responsibilities:
(i) Conduct legal research.
(ii) Prepare case briefs.
(iii) Draft pleadings and applications.
(iv) Compile records and case materials.
(v) Assist in ongoing matters before various judicial and quasi-judicial forums.
(vi) Undertake additional assignments as entrusted by the Firm from time to time.
Duration : Minimum 1 Months.
