About the Internship :
Applications are invited for Internship Opportunity at Navit Bansal and Partners LLP, New Delhi for the year 2026. The firm is offering a 6-month full-time legal internship to final-year law students providing practical exposure in Corporate & Commercial Law, Startups, Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), Civil & Commercial Litigation, Legal Drafting, and Research.
Eligibility :
(i) Law students pursuing a 3-year or 5-year course or recent law graduates.
(ii) Strong interest in legal research, drafting, and corporate/finance law.
(iii) Good command over written and spoken English.
(iv) Familiarity with MS Word and legal documentation.
(v) Basic understanding of statutory compliances and corporate governance.
Responsibilities:
(i) Conduct in-depth legal research on various topics related to corporate law and compliance.
(ii) Assist in drafting legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
(iii) Ensure compliance with statutory and corporate regulations.
(iv) Collaborate with team members to review and analyse legal documents.
(v) Maintain and organise research databases and documentation.
(vi) Assist in preparing reports, summaries, and presentations.
(vii) Stay updated with legal developments and industry trends.
