About the Internship :
Applications are invited for Internship Opportunity at Monotype Solutions, Noida for the year 2026.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good research and drafting skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
(iii) Genuine passion for intellectual property law and a desire to deepen knowledge in this area.
(iv) Good English Writing Skills and communication skills.
(v) Proactive, disciplined, and committed to delivering quality work
(vi) Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills
(vii) Basic understanding of legal contracts and the ability to comprehend and analyse their contents.
Responsibilities:
(i) Assist in reviewing, analysing and summarizing legal contracts related to intellectual property and licensing agreements.
(ii) Assist in preparing legal documents, reports and presentations related to intellectual property and contracts.
(iii) Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. Sales, Market Research) to assess unlicensed font usage or potential copyright infringement.
(iv) Assist Monotype’s legal team on enforcement actions and intellectual property issues.
(v) Create, organize and maintain infringement case files, ensuring thorough documentation and accuracy.
(vi) Ensure adherence to strict timelines and compliance with regulations in all activities.
(vii) Attend workshops, seminars and team meetings to enhance knowledge of IP law and contracts.
