About the Internship :
LYDS Legal is inviting applications from law students who are eager to gain practical exposure in General Corporate Law. If you’re looking to build a strong foundation in corporate legal practice while working on real-world assignments, we’d love to hear from you.
Eligibility :
(i) Be law students in the third year or above or recent law graduates.
(ii) Have good communication skills and attention to detail.
(iii) Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
(iv) Strong interest in Corporate Law
(v) Strong research and writing skills.
Responsibilities:
• Drafting, reviewing, and updating company policies, legal terms, and conditions
• Assisting in the preparation and review of compliance frameworks and internal SOPs
• Supporting documentation related to taxation, statutory filings, and regulatory requirements
• Researching applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards relevant to the business
• Assisting in contract drafting, vetting agreements, and legal correspondence
• Maintaining and organizing legal records and compliance documentation
Duration : Minimum 1 Month
