About the Internship :
A reputed South Delhi–based boutique law firm is looking to hire Legal Associates with 0–2 years of PQE. Areas of Practice: Litigation across courts | Transaction Advisory | Tax
Eligibility :
(i) Be law students in the third year or above or recent law graduates.
(ii) Have good communication skills and attention to detail.
(iii) Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
(iv) Experienced candidates should have excellent legal drafting, research, analytical, and communication skills.
(v) Fresh graduates or entry-level associates with relevant internship experience preferred.
(vi) Interest in gaining hands-on exposure across diverse legal matters is encouraged.
Responsibilities:
(i) Advise on corporate lending, project finance, and general corporate legal matters.
(ii) Draft, review, and negotiate documentation relating to lending and financing transactions.
(iii) Assist business teams in transaction structuring and execution.
(iv) Provide legal support to internal stakeholders, including business and credit teams.
(v) Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, including NDAs, SaaS agreements, service agreements, and other business contracts.
(vi) Support risk mitigation and regulatory compliance initiatives.
Duration : Minimum 1 Months.
