About the Internship :
Harshvardhan Pathak and Associate is inviting applications for the Legal Internship at Indore.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good command of English (written and verbal).
(iii) Familiarity with MS Office and Adobe Acrobat.
(iv) Strong research and analytical skills with a keen interest in litigation.
Responsibilities:
(i) Assist in legal research and drafting of legal documents.
(ii) Support the legal team in preparing for court hearings and client meetings.
(iii) Maintain and organise legal files and documents.
(iv) Communicate effectively with clients and external parties.
(v) Researching and drafting Bail Applications,Criminal Appeals,Notices, Replies, Reports and various other legal documents as per work availability.
