About the Internship :
Chambers of Abhinav Mishra Advocates & Solicitors is expanding its litigation team at its New Delhi office and is seeking law professionals for various positions across different levels of experience. Selected candidates will undergo a probation period of a minimum of six months. Confirmation will be based on performance during the probation period.
The organisation is hiring for the following positions:
Paralegal/Trainee Associate – 2 positions
Associate – Scale 2 – 1 position
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good research and drafting skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
(iii) Proficiency in MS Office and legal databases preferred
(iv) Good communication and analytical abilities
(v) Individuals comfortable with direct client consultation and counselling
Responsibilities:
(i) Assisting borrowers in loan settlement and restructuring matters
(ii) Drafting legal notices, replies and regulatory representations
(iii) Assist in drafting, reviewing, and vetting agreements, notices, and legal documents
(iv) Support compliance-related work and legal documentation
(v) Coordinate with internal teams on legal and contractual matters
(vi) Draft legal notices, petitions, and applications
Duration : 6 Months
