About the Internship :
They invite applications from talented and interested one in criminal litigation day to day court n jail visit who want to establish career opportunities in litigation who are passionate about the legal field. Intern at BEYOND LITIGATION, you will have the unique opportunity to work closely with our legal professionals and gain hands-on experience in crafting compelling and informative content on legal topics.
Eligibility :
• Students currently enrolled in their 2nd/3rd year (for three-year LLB courses) and 3rd/4th/5th year (for five-year LLB Courses).
• Candidates should be proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Demonstrated proficiency in drafting and legal analysis
• Good research, drafting, and communication skills will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical, research, and communication skills are expected
Responsibilities:
• Handled cases on a case-to-case basis and reviewed case facts and documents.
• Analyzed legal drafts, judgments, and relevant precedents.
• Conducted legal research and prepared case summaries and recommendations.
• Coordinated with clients, advocates, and court staff regarding case proceedings.
• Assisted in drafting pleadings, applications, and other legal documents.
Duration : Minimum 1–3 months
