About the Internship :
Applications are invited for Legal Internship Opportunity at Adv Hemant Tanaji Mahale, Thane for the year 2026. Eligibility :
(i) Be law students in the third year or above or recent law graduates.
(ii) Have good communication skills and attention to detail.
(iii) Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
(iv) Female candidates only
(v) Fluent in Marathi (spoken and written)
(vi) Basic knowledge of women’s rights and laws, including domestic violence, family law, and related legal provisions
(vii) Willingness to work on women’s rights and social justice matters
Responsibilities:
(i) Appear before courts and assist in day-to-day court proceedings
(ii) Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, and written submissions
(iii) Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis
(iv) Brief and assist seniors in hearings and trials
(v) Manage case files, documentation, and court filings
(vi) Liaise with clients, court staff, and other advocates
Duration : Minimum 1 Months.
