Indus hits 50 partner mark: Hires Praveen Kumar Thodupunuri from Tatva Hyd real estate

IndusLaw has hired Tatva Legal principal associate Praveen Kumar Thodupunuri as a partner in Hyderabad.

He specialises in real estate work with 15 years of experience, including in “drafting and negotiating various forms of real estate agreements, including commercial leases, joint development agreements, construction agreements, operation of CAM Agreements and conducting land due diligences”, according to Indus.

He has worked with Indian, US and UK clients, including US Consulate General and British Deputy High Commission relating to their real estate transactions in Hyderabad, said the firm.

Co-founding partner Suneeth Katarki said in a statement: “We are happy about Praveen joining us and his addition will enhance our capabilities in servicing clients in the real estate sector.”

Thoupunuri added: “It is a great honour for me to be associated with IndusLaw. I am really looking forward to be a part of the firm’s continued growth and take this next step in my career.”

IndusLaw hits a total of 50 partners and 220 total lawyers with the hire.
