The School of Law, Dayananda Sagar University, Bengaluru, is pleased to invite applications for a Five-Day Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on “Integrating Artificial Intelligence in Legal Education: Pedagogical Innovations, Research Frontiers and Professional Applications.”
Artificial Intelligence is transforming legal education, legal research, and professional legal practice. This FDP aims to equip legal educators, researchers, and professionals with the knowledge and practical skills required to responsibly integrate AI into teaching, research, curriculum development, legal writing, assessment, and professional practice.
The programme combines expert lectures, hands-on workshops, practical demonstrations, and interdisciplinary discussions with leading academicians, legal practitioners, technology experts, and industry professionals.
Objectives
- To develop a critical understanding of Artificial Intelligence and its interaction with law and legal education.
- To examine national and international legal frameworks governing AI, data privacy, digital rights, and algorithmic accountability.
- To explore innovative AI-enabled pedagogical practices for legal education.
- To promote interdisciplinary legal research using AI tools.
