Debevoise & Plimpton Expands Funds Team With Addition Of Shawn D’Aguiar
Debevoise & Plimpton LLP has announced the addition of Shawn D’Aguiar to its London office as a partner in the Funds/Investment Management Group, further enhancing the firm’s renowned capabilities in funds management both in the UK and globally.
With a focus on fund structuring and formation, Shawn brings extensive experience advising clients across various sectors including private equity, private debt, infrastructure, and venture capital. He specializes in a wide array of fund strategies, encompassing impact and sustainable investing, emerging markets, incentive/carried interest schemes, and co-investment arrangements.
Prior to joining Debevoise, Shawn D’Aguiar served as a partner in Goodwin’s Private Investment Funds practice. He is admitted as a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England & Wales, and was also admitted to the Bar in India.
