Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Wipro Limited on INR 15,000 crore share buyback
The leading law firm in India, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Wipro Limited on its recently announced buyback of up to 60,00,00,000 fully paid-up equity shares of face value INR 2 each, aggregating to a total buyback size of INR 15,000 crore.
The buyback will be undertaken through the tender offer route and is subject to shareholder approval, in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
