Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised PropShare Capital Advisors Limited on sale of equity and CCDs in Propavenue Estate Private Limited and Instacoreasset Private Limited
The India’s leading law firm, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas acted as legal counsel to PropShare Capital Advisors Limited in connection with the sale of the entire equity share capital of, and the compulsorily convertible debentures issued by,
- (i) Propavenue Estate Private Limited; and
- (ii) Instacoreasset Private Limited, pursuant to separate securities purchase agreements for each of the two entities. Each entity is a special purpose vehicle established to hold a real estate asset.
