The leading law firm in India, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Cactus Partners Fund I on its investment as lead investor in the Series B funding round of Bellatrix Aerospace Private Limited, Mumbai, India. The round also included secondary investment through acquisition of shares from existing shareholders. The funding round witnessed participation from Hero Enterprise Partner Ventures, 35 North India Growth Fund I, GrowX Ventures Fund II Scheme 1, GrowX Ventures Fund II Co-Investment Scheme I, and existing investors including Pavestone Technology Fund, Inflexor Opportunities Fund I, Inflexor Technology Fund, and Indusbridge Ventures Fund. The completion of the transaction is subject to customary conditions.
Bellatrix Aerospace Private Limited is engaged in the manufacturing and development of advanced propulsion technologies and satellites for civilian and defence space applications.
