Chandhiok & Mahajan elevates five Attorneys
Chandhiok & Mahajan, Advocates and Solicitors has promoted five attorneys to the positions of Managing Associates and Senior Associates across practice areas in August 2022.
The attorneys who have been elevated are:
- Vinita Sasidharan
- Nishant Sogani
- Aayushi Jain
- Ashwini Malhotra
- Jagrat Rawal
Vinita Sasidharan & Nishant Sogani have been promoted as Managing Associates in dispute resolution and insolvency and restructuring practice respectively. Aayushi Jain, Ashwini Malhotra, and Jagrat Rawal have been promoted to senior associates. Aayushi and Jagrat are a part of the corporate team and Ashwini is a part of the dispute resolution team.
Vinita has experience in representing clients across different courts in India and arbitral tribunals. Nishant practices in restructuring, insolvency, and corporate advisory.
Aayushi advises clients on general corporate and commercial laws, securities laws, foreign exchange control regulations, and cross-border investments. Jagrat has extensive experience of advising clients on corporate transactions such as M&A, private equity, venture capital and foreign investment. Ashwini is actively involved in the disputes practice with primary focus of commercial arbitrations and investigations pertaining to white collar crimes.
