About the Internship :
Legalics Law Offices is inviting applications from final-year law students for Assessment Internship with their General Corporate and Real Estate practice. This internship offers hands-on exposure to a wide range of corporate advisory, transactional, and real estate matters. Interns will work closely with the team on diverse assignments and gain practical experience across industries.
Eligibility :
(i) Students currently enrolled in a 3-year or 5-year LL.B. program from a recognized university.
(ii) Strong drafting, analytical, and research skills
(iii) Good command of English (written and verbal).
(iv) Familiarity with company law, contract law, and real estate laws
(v) Ability to manage multiple assignments and work in a collaborative environment
Responsibilities:
(i) Drafting, reviewing, and assisting in negotiation of commercial contracts, including service agreements, vendor agreements, NDAs, consultancy agreements, and other business contracts
(ii) Assisting in corporate advisory matters, including company law compliance and governance
(iii) Assisting in corporate advisory matters, including company law compliance and governance
(iv) Conducting legal research on corporate and real estate law issues
(v) Working on title search reports (TSRs) and reviewing property-related documents
(vi) Assisting with due diligence in transactional matters
Duration : Minimum 2 months
