ALMT Legal promotes Shital Mishra and Diya Gabija to Associate Partners in Mumbai
ALMT Legal has promoted Sheetal Mishra and Diya Gabija to the position of Associate Partner in the firm’s Mumbai office.
Sheetal Mishra, who joined ALMT Legal in 2021 as a Senior Associate, has swiftly become an integral member of the firm’s corporate team. With over 12 years of experience, she specialises in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, data protection, media, and intellectual property law. Her prior experience includes working as in-house legal counsel for a reputed company and significant litigation exposure.
Diya Gabija, a dual-qualified professional—lawyer and chartered accountant—brings more than 15 years of extensive experience in transaction advisory, mergers and acquisitions, taxation, corporate law, and regulatory matters. She also joined the firm in 2021 as a Senior Associate, having previously worked with renowned tax and business consulting firms.
